Wrongful Dismissal Liability Coverage

Twenty-five years ago, Jubilee Insurance was one of the first organizations to offer Wrongful Dismissal Liability Insurance coverage to local authority entities in Alberta. At that time, employers experienced serious problems dealing with cases where disgruntled ex-employees initiated lawsuits against their former employers, claiming they were “wrongfully dismissed”.
