AAMDC Launches New Website Print E-mail

We are pleased to launch our newly redesigned website, www.aamdc.com, next week during the Spring 2011 Convention. Delegates will have an opportunity to visit the website during the March 21 trade show at the AAMDC Advocacy booth (# 302). As well, AAMDC staff will be on hand to help CAOs create their own site logins.

The new site features a new look that is user friendly and easy to navigate. We’re sure our members will enjoy visiting the new website!

WHAT’S NEW?

  • Latest news: read our current news, bulletins and updates on the scrolling sidebar.
  • Scrolling header: Featured items in our header link to new or relevant information that our members will find useful.
  • Front page links take you directly to the Advocacy or Aggregated Business Services divisions.
  • Sidebar links direct you to our Twitter feed or Flickr photostream.
  • Pages that can be easily printed or converted to PDF.
  • Self-managed user login and passwords (see “register as a user” below for more information).
  • An updated member map that’s easy to find and click on municipal contacts.
  • New tools and databases for resolutions, job and equipment postings (classifieds), In Memoriam and Long Service Awards that are easy-to-use, interactive and searchable.
  • Sign-up forms in the sidebar menu for Contact! and The Advantage newsletters.
  • Searchable staff and board directory so you can contact us quickly and easily!
